How to make a return?

A buyer who has the status of a consumer may withdraw from the contract of sale of goods purchased in the Store without giving a reason by submitting an appropriate declaration in writing or by e-mail within fourteen days from the date of delivery of the goods (i.e. from the date of receipt of the goods by the consumer). To meet this deadline, it is enough to send a declaration before its expiry. The consumer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract in the following cases: services with properties specified by the consumer in the order placed by him or closely related to his person. The returned goods should be sent back together with information about the account number to which the refunded money should be transferred or information about the payment method used to pay for the order. The store guarantees a refund of an amount equal to the price of the goods. The money will be refunded within 10 business days by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer or via the selected payment method. The cost of returning the goods is non-refundable.  If, after receiving the goods, the customer finds technical defects or damage during delivery, he should send them back by courier or post to the following address: Krystian Bukowski Jana Pawła 21D /52 09-410 Płock. IMPORTANT! Please send parcels by DPD courier. The returned goods must include a note regarding the reason for the complaint. All complaints and returns are considered within 10 business days of receipt at the latest. Damaged goods will be replaced with another, full-value one, and if this is no longer possible (e.g. due to stock being out of stock), the store will refund the buyer the equivalent of the product price or offer him other goods available in the store to choose from. In the event of withdrawal, the consumer is obliged to return the goods in unchanged condition, unless the change was necessary within the scope of ordinary management. In the event of a product return, we kindly inform you that the returned goods must be intact, unused and odor-free. If it is found that the returned goods have been used or have any traces of use, it will not be possible to accept them and refund the costs. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the returns procedure, please contact our customer service department. The consumer is obliged to return the goods immediately, no later than 7 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. A buyer who does not have the status of a consumer has no right to withdraw from the contract within 10 days. For such Buyers, the rules and deadlines for withdrawal from the contract are regulated by the provisions of the Civil Code. EXCHANGES In order to exchange goods, please include a return form in the return package with information about the model and size of the goods to be exchanged.
